Strange coincidence, isn't it? You don't need to get a conclusion unless the whole universe is holographic joke with puzzles to be solved...like the uneasy reaction Christian Blade felt wearing this Batman suit or Nicholson's warning to Ledger regarding the pill that almost killed him or the character itself.

Bruce Lee, Brandon's legendary father, and martial arts expert, died while making a movie in 1973. Lee was portraying a movie star who was assassinated on a movie set after a mobster substituted real bullets for blanks. Close friends of Bruce urged him to refuse to film the scene as it was written, fearing it could lead to a 'prohecy' of what could happen in the future. It may have turned out their fears were confirmed some 14 years later on the set of "The Crow". "The Game of Death" featured the last film footage ever recorded of Bruce Lee. It was released in 1979, having been edited together with footage from other Lee movies.

"The Crow" began filming in early 1993 in Wilmington, North Carolina, at Carolco Studios. The set is described as cold, claustrophobic and wet. It was a difficult film to produce, budgeted for $8-million but coming in closer to $14-million. The film was plagued with difficulties. A construction worker, alleged to be disgruntled about conditions on the set and disliking the "flippant" attitude of the executives in charge of production, drove his car through the studio's plaster shop wall. Another construction worker tripped or slipped down, pulling a screw driver through his hand. Even worse, a local man who had been hired as a carpenter was arrested and charged with attempted murder. On March 13, 1993, a storm destroyed some of the sets.

Brandon EXPRESSED HIS CONCERN. On the first day of his shooting, February 1, 1993, also his twenty-eighth birthday, a carpenter on the set was burned severely after coming into contact with power lines. Brandon observed the incident which upset him. He told a fellow actor that it was a bad omen. Edward Pressman Film Corporation, Crowvision, a company formed by Pressman to make the movie, Carolco Studios, Hertz and Carolina Power and Light were all sued.

Cast and crew, unhappy with the executives producing the movie, especially Australian Alex Proyas, the director, and Robert Rosen, the producer, were denied the needed breaks from the depressing set. They quickly began feuding among themselves, complaining and spreading dissention. Word passed that making "The Crow" was going to be "hell" and that the set was "cursed."

Brandon Lee’s mom didn't even want to talk about it. Chinese Mob didn't like the revelation of Martial secret arts to foreigners. This was a Chinese vendetta IMHO.

I was also thinking in the date of birth & death of both of them: January-February-March-April....

We have seen Ledger's own words about HIS DEATH prior to the actual death. Another coincidence in an interview just prior to his death, Brandon Lee quoted a passage from Paul Bowles' book "The Sheltering Sky" that he had chosen for his wedding invitations; it is now inscribed on his tombstone:

"Because we do not know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. And yet everything happens only a certain number of times, and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you cannot conceive of your life without it? Perhaps four, or five times more? Perhaps not even that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps twenty. And yet it all seems limitless..."

Health Ledger was found dead on DEMON DAY, January 22... when COMET HOLMES was united with Demon Star Algol, and he's particularly demonic as a Joker in a film called DARK knight.

In the year 2003 he did the film called "The Order" which is about a Black Pope (in real life that Black Pope was chosen by Jesuits in January 19 and his name is Father Nicholas), In this particular Batman, Joker is the Lord of Chaos, evil for evil’s sake not for some specified goal, but simply to disrupt society... just like Satan.

There are 22 major arcana cards in a Tarot deck, of which the Joker or Fool is the 22nd card.

The number 421 is an SMTP code that means "the transmission channel will be closing."

In a "Catch-22" a person is a victim regardless of the choice one makes.

The media is making a HUGE deal about the fact that Ledger was pronounced dead at 3:36 pm. They keep repeating this number over and over again.

Of course the number 33 is a significant number in modern numerology, one of the master numbers along with 11 and 22.

33 is also significant to Freemasonry.

In ASCII code, the number 36 is code for the $ sign.

As another person pointed out in another thread, Ledger is the third young star to die who has been shown in the media before or after the fact wearing clown makeup or face paint.

Brandon Lee - died while filming The Crow. He, like Ledger, WAS ALSO 28 when he died on March 31, 1993.

Anna Nicole Smith - died of a drug overdose. After her death, photos surfaced of her in strange clown makeup that were plastered all over the media. She died on Feb. 8, 2007 in room 607.

Ledger was said to have not been himself in recent months. He was renting his apartment from an unknown person and there was said to be a man who used the apartment "now and then" who was not Ledger.

Also note that only months ago Jack Nicholson publicly proclaimed that he thought HE should play the Joker again rather than Ledger.

When asked about Ledger's death, Jack Nicholson chuckled strangle and said only, "I warned him."

Is it possible that Ledger somehow became a sacrificial victim and his death was used as a symbol or sign to "them" that whatever they have been planning is about to occur?

On 22 January 2008 under the light of the high full moon Heath Ledger was murdered. With much talk about a posthumous Oscar nomination for Heath’s final stellar performance in ‘Dark Knight’, a little known fact has surfaced in the media. The last actor to receive a posthumous Oscar nomination was the adopted son of Sydney Australia…Peter Finch. Peter Finch was a stand out actor of his generation, but it was his final performance in the movie ‘Network’ that afforded him his final honour.

Network was a breakthrough film with one of the most famous anti-establishment scenes of all time…the scene which includes a speech entitled “mad as hell” was an impassioned diatribe against the current state of the world, ironically directed towards one of the mediums of the actor’s wares; television. The scene has a peculiar cult following and is now featured on a number of successful Youtube presentations.

One has to see the scene from Network to understand the persuasive elements of the speech from Peter Finch. Finch’s character Howard Beale has a breakdown on live television in front of a live crowd, in truly memorable fashion he ‘bites the hand that feeds him’ unceremoniously denouncing every aspect of TV from mind control to media ownership, he was as ‘mad as hell and he wasn’t going to take it anymore’.

As well as the chance to share a rare posthumous honour for the highest accolade of the silver screen, quite clearly both Peter Finch and Heath Ledger shared another role in society. Both actors were prepared to take on roles that had offered more than just a pleasant break from reality…roles that included clear criticism on the society and culture that they lived in, of course Beale’s speech on TV is as relevant now as it ever was.

Heath Ledger’s impact as the gay cowboy in ‘Brokeback Mountain’ did much for the American gay community. And this is the real reason why Heath Ledger scared the hell out of the establishment…Heath Ledger’s little Rose Matilda is considered by some to be the actual Rose from one of the oldest prophecies in the world. In 2006, the highly successful novel the Da Vinci code was released in one of the most highly anticipated film of all time…the film introduces most people to the ancient Rose Prophecy.

The Rose Prophecy suggests that a Rose, a young lady will bloom near the end of an age to herald in the new age of Aquarius. Heaths very last scene in Dr.Parnassus and the last he filmed was his character going thru a simulated mirror saying, "don't believe what you read in the papers". No doubt he was murdered and framed for 'overdose' giving the illusion it was his fault.I do think Heath knew he was close to going and the makers of Dr.Parnassus knew too.That movie is nothing but a blatant ritual.

I've been in hiding for quite awhile...but then this caught my eye today:

VANCOUVER — The actor who portrayed the ne're-do-well cousin Eddie in the National Lampoon's Vacation movies wants asylum in Canada — saying he's afraid of a shadowy group he believes is responsible for killing a number of his Hollywood friends.

Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, were released on cash bonds of $10,000 each after a bizarre appearance Friday at an Immigration and Refugee Board hearing in Vancouver.

There, the pair — who were arrested a day earlier on outstanding U.S. warrants — told an adjudicator that the actor has had eight close friends murdered in recent years, adding they fear that they could be next.

In a handwritten note, shown to media by their Vancouver-based lawyer, Brian Tsuji, the couple said: "Yes we are requesting asylum from Hollywood 'STAR WHACKERS.'"

Those Quaid counts among his "murdered" friends include actors Heath Ledger and David Carradine.

Ledger died in 2008 from an apparent drug overdose, while Carradine died last year, from what police said was auto-erotic asphyxiation.

I was just as shocked as everyone else today when I heard the news that Michael Jackson had passed away of a heart attack at the age of 50....it was hard for me to believe that an icon of his hugeness from my childhood and teen years was gone....

Or was he??? I was watching the video of them removing the body and putting it on the helicopter...and something just didn't quite look right...and then someone posted THIS on YouTube:

Hey everyone, sorry I have been offline, I had to do an emergency move (my landlady was a total psycho and so was her husband), so I had to pack up and get out at the last moment and move into a new flat. "Heath" is an interesting person to say the least, he has contacted me a few times...a bit secretive, I am trying to dig and find out who he is but he won't give me any details.

Tragic British actress Lucy Gordon left two suicide notes before hanging herself in the Paris flat she shared with her cinematographer boyfriend, her father said today.

Miss Gordon, 28, who played reporter Jennifer Dugan in Spider-Man 3, detailed her last wishes regarding her estate on one piece of paper and left a letter for her parents on another.

Her father Richard Gordon said a post-mortem examination proved she had died from hanging and that no other marks were found on her body. He spoke today to end speculation that the death might be anything other than suicide.

Was He Running From Something?

Could there have been a tie-in between Heath's death and a certain "group" in Hollywood that was harassing him at the time, and this tied in with his final movie The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus? Could he have been trying to run from them and this resulted in his being drugged and murdered?

I can't name the group but if you research online through certain sites you will be able to draw the conclusion as to what group it is.

Why The Delay????

Adding to the puzzle is the massive delay in everything that happened on the day of Heath's death....

An odd half an hour elapsed between Ledger being found by TWO people in poor physical condition, unconscious in physical distress, and the time when they finally decided to call 911 for help.

Why didn’t they call 911 for help at the first sign of Ledger being unconscious? Why did they instead call Mary-Kate Olsen? What were they physically doing for that half an hour?

Coincidence, maybe, planned, possibly.

Why did the paramedics and cops make an immediate assumption within 30 minutes that he had overdosed?

Why if Heath was already "dead" for hours they tried to resuscitate a cold, stiff corpse?

Why did it take the paramedics so long to remove the body?

Something else that doesn't make sense...this is what originally ran after his death:

"Heath’s family are expected to arrive in New York City today to make funeral plans for the 28 year old. He is expected to be buried near his family’s home in Perth, Australia early next week but a memorial service is being planned in Los Angeles for over the weekend."

He wasn't buried....he was cremated and ashes spread in the ocean.....why the sudden change in plans?

Overdose Not Accidental.....

I'm piecing some information together and drawing a theory...it might sound crazy, but this is the first piece of the puzzle...

"A TOP forensics doctor says it is highly unlikely a groggy Heath Ledger accidentally overdosed on the prescription pills found in his apartment.
Dr Michael Baden, chief forensic pathologist for the New York State Police, said it typically took a massive ingestion to kill.

A cocktail of six mainly generic drugs for anxiety and sleeping problems were found in Ledger's apartment. At least some appeared to be bought overseas.

"The pills generally have a large safety margin,'' Dr Baden said.

"You just don't take one extra pill and die.

"We don't see very many deaths from the common sleeping pills,'' he told the New York Post.

Dr Baden also said that if someone is prescribed pills under a wide variety of brand names - as Ledger was - for a single purpose such as sleep, it could indicate drug abuse.

Prescription pills were "probably abused more than illegal drugs,'' Dr Baden said."

I found this post really interesting, it was regarding Heath's obsession and his death being similar to Nick Drake. This is from chismetime.com:

Joo know what sucks? In 2000, Bolkswagen featured a track from Pink Moon in a commercial, and within one month Drake had sold more records than he had in the prebious thirty jeers!!! Later that jeer, BBC aired a radio documentary about Drake, and it was narrated by El Brad Pitt!

Ok, so here is the creepy part. Exactly a year ago, Heath Ledger said, “I was obsessed with an artist by the name of Nick Drake. I was obsessed with his story and his music and I pursued it for a while and I still have hopes to kind of tell his story one day”. AHHHHHHH, CREEPY!!! How the hell did Coacha accidently discover this tooday, and how the hell did Heath Ledger say this exactly a year ago???

Supposedly, El Heath Ledger was so obsessed that he created and acted in a music video set to Drake’s song about depression called, “Black Eyed Dog”–a title “inspired by Winston Churchill."

The thing about Heath that I always liked is how mysterious he was and the roles he could take on...from a young knight to a death row official to a cowboy struggling with his sexuality to the Joker...but his last role and the role he played in the music video Black Eyed Dog were especially haunting in that he was obsessed with death. His final role in The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus as a con man will be especially fascinating to watch....I have the feeling had he lived to finish the role it would have garnered him another Oscar nomination.

Something struck me odd about what director Terry Gilliam said on the set about Heath:

Gilliam revealed Ledger improvised "half" of his comedic dialogue on set. "I really felt 'We got a tiger by the tail here! I thought here's somebody with the kind of energy I had when I was young.", said Gilliam.

Would Gilliam had said something like this about someone who had substance abuse? Then suddenly in March 2008 Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Ferrel combine to take Heath's place in the movie like an aligning of the planets of actor talent? Seems kind of odd.

The final thing I leave you with is a picture taken of Heath on the set in a scene when he hanged himself. It's kind of chilling...but also kind of foreshadowing the events to come.

The "Drug Use" Video

Shortly after Heath's death (I hate saying that), a video surfaced allegedly showing him using drugs and bragging about it...several news outlets showed snippets of the video, all painting him as a heavy drug user and throwing more credibility around his death as a result of drugs....but this was discredited thankfully:

"I find it funny - not funny 'haha'- but funny 'bullsh*t that ET and The Insider decided not to air the explosive video showing Heath allegedly doing drugs because they wanted to show his family "respect." Which loosely translates to: Certain publicity companies would not give them [ET/Insider] access to their celebrity clients again. Thus, they opted to not show the video - although they did show clips, which were edited to seem like Ledger had a problem. Like I said, they just couldn't resist showing at least a portion of it. Gotta get their money's worth right?

Someone who has seen the full clip told Perez, that Heath was NOT using drugs. In the "edited" teaser version, Ledger says, "I used to smoke five joints a day for 20 years." That in and of itself, to any sane person, wouldn't be taken literally. He was 26 in the video, so that would make him 6-years-old when he started smoking pot? I hardly think so. What you don't see (what's been conveniently cut out) is Heath then saying, "and that's why I got this tattoo [an M, for daughter Matilda] to remind me never to smoke weed again."

The fact that Ledger may have smoked pot years ago, is honestly, water under the bridge. The video was TWO YEARS AGO and he certainly didn't die from smoking a joint. Video editing is a wonderful thing isn't it? You can make someone seem like something that they are not, nor have proven to be."

Amazing how the media can paint someone to be anything they want them to be...which is why I don't give the media any credit whatsoever for the garbage they spew.

Here are a few other facts that warrant investigation:

The fact that at 12.30 he was supposedly snoring, yet at 3.30 he had been dead long enough for lividity to have been evident.....if he's dead already, why on EARTH was CPR and resuscitation attempted????

Either the house keeper or the masseuse is confused or lying.

This on lividity for Wikipedia:

Livor mortis or postmortem lividity (Latin: livor—bluish color, mortis—of death), one of the signs of death, is a settling of the blood in the lower (dependent) portion of the body, causing a purplish red discoloration of the skin: when the heart is no longer agitating the blood, heavy red blood cells sink through the serum by action of gravity. This discoloration does not occur in the areas of the body that are in contact with the ground or another object, as the capillaries are compressed.

Coroners can use the presence or absence of livor mortis as a means of determining an approximate time of death. The presence of livor mortis is an indication not to start CPR, or to stop it if it is in progress. It can also be used by forensic investigators to determine whether or not a body has been moved (for instance, if the body is found lying face down but the pooling is present on its back, investigators can determine that the body was originally positioned face up).

Livor mortis starts 20 minutes to 3 hours after death and is congealed in the capillaries in 4 to 5 hours. Maximum lividity occurs within 6-12 hours.

So by all accounts, Heath should have been stiff as a board and the blood would have settled in his body, been cold to the touch....but the medics did CPR and mouth to mouth.......on a cold, dead, stiff body????

Someone's not telling the truth here...or maybe they can't get their stories straight because there is something more here than what they are actually reporting?

I apologize for the lateness of the post, I am still working on it and calculating the numbers (yes, there are mathematical calculations for this post, and when it hits, it will make you all rethink this entire controversy).

There are a lot of things that aren't adding up, but they are pointing to the fact that there is more evidence to support Heath did not really die, or something else is amiss regarding his death.

Please be patient, I should have it up by the end of the day....even I'm sitting here going WTF as I was typing it...I have to go and clear my mind for awhile before I work on the rest of it.

Medically, It Just Doesn't Add Up.....Part One

I had a good friend of mine (who works in the medical field), bring up several good points about the events surrounding Heath's death, and that the timeline is totally messed up regarding his death:

The first point to bring up is rigor mortis...this is the stiffening of the body after it has died. According to most medical journals, rigor mortis starts to set in around the 3-hour mark after death. It can take sometimes 4 hours depending on conditions.

According to police, Heath had died between 1PM and 2:45 PM....this doesn't make sense because according to the medical report:

"Torso is warm," reads a 3.28pm log entry from the Emergency Medical Service dispatch report.

A warm body, said a veteran Manhattan paramedic, "means he wasn't dead for long".

According to Ms. Wolozin (Heath's masseuse, who "found" his body):

The New York emergency dispatch report showed that when Ms Wolozin finally called 911, she reported that someone had "passed out".

The log entry goes on to specify it was a "mle, 30 . . . in bed not breathing, not waking up (sic)".

Ms Wolozin also told dispatchers that Ledger was "stiff -- head, hands, feet cold", before declaring his torso was still warm.

Do you see where this is going?

THE NUMBERS DON'T ADD UP!!!

Let's go over the "timeline" (my added comments to this are in italics):

12:30 PM - Heath's housekeeper, Teresa Solomon, arrives at Heath's apartment and lets herself in.

1PM - Teresa goes into Heath's room to change a light bulb, hears him snoring
Earliest time Heath is dead according to estimates

2:45 PM - Diana Wolozin shows up to do Heath's massage, Heath doesn't answer the door. She sets up her massage table, finds Heath "cold to the touch", and then starts the phone calls.
Latest time Heath is dead according to estimates

3:28 PM - EMS records Heath's torso is "still warm".

4:00 PM - Earliest rigor mortis would have set in for Heath
5:45 PM - Latest rigor mortis would have set in for Heath

Another fact is that the core body temperature loses 1.5 degrees per hour after death, the rest of the body cools much quicker than that because blood pools and there are no major organs internally to keep the temperature up (they usually check the temperature of the liver to determine time of death).

Had he died at 1PM, his core body temperature would have been 94 (lose about 4 degrees in 2.5 hours of death)...but his masseuse reported he was cold to the touch....or his extremities were...and he was stiff.....this was all at 2:45.

Had he been in rigor at 2:45, he would had died around 11:45!!! But his housekeeper heard him snoring at 1! Dead men don't snore!!! Especially those in rigor mortis!!!

Had he died at 2:45 (according to latest estimate), he wouldn't have been stiff at all, and he would have still been warm!!!

Part two to follow...I figured I'd let you all see this much and I can take a break and work on the other things....comments are back open for this one, I know you will have something to say after this.

Kind of a creepy video, this is the Nick Drake video that Heath did prior to his death.....

Here's a short summary of it:

Appearing at a news conference at the Venice Film Festival in September to promote the Bob Dylan biopic "I'm Not There," Heath Ledger, who died on Tuesday spoke of his "obsession with an artist by the name of Nick Drake," an English-born singer/songwriter whom he characterized as a "very mysterious figure."

"I was obsessed with his story and his music and I pursued it for a while and still have hopes to kind of tell his story one day," a soft-spoken and fidgety Ledger told the assembled media, though he also said that any such aspirations had "faded away."

But in an eerie postscript to the actor's own death on Tuesday, MTV News has learned that Ledger recently shot and edited a music video for a Drake song called "Black Eyed Dog," so titled because of a Winston Churchill quote describing depression as such. It is also reportedly the last song Drake recorded before overdosing on antidepression medication in 1974 at the age of 26.

A representative for Drake's estate described the "gorgeous" and "extremely moving" clip as a stark black-and-white composition, consisting mainly of the director turning the camera on himself. In the end, Ledger is seen drowning himself in a bathtub.

The end of the video is cut out of Heath drowning himself...but he is in the bathtub at the end...

Why would Heath do a video on Drake, who died of an overdose of antidepressants....and then do the same....doesn't make sense.

Hey, I have an idea..why don't you come up with something more original than a ripoff of this blog site?

Let's get back to the facts...the storm has died down since Oscars, and once again no one is making much effort to make waves about Heath. I'm not going to sit here and run a blog reminiscing about how Heath loved his PB&J at 3am or loved long walks in the park with his dog. This is about FACTS...and the fact is that we don't know whether Heath was in that apartment that day when he died or not.

There is no autopsy/morgue photo of Heath....there are no eyewitness accounts of Heath other than what the maid said about him and he was lying face down in bed when she checked on him and she found him, so it could have been anyone.

The gurney carrying Heath's body bounced around like it was carrying a store dummy, and the body in the bag CLEARLY was not of a person 6 feet tall.

Mary Kate Olsen still will not talk to the feds about what she knew about the day in question, and still hasn't said anything...what is this girl hiding from us??

Also of note was Jack Nicholson's reaction to Heath's death...all he said was "I warned him"...warned him of what??? Was this some kind of setup as well?

I found this on help.com, and one of the comments brings up some EXCELLENT points about Heath's death (I'm quoted in here a few times too..*blush*):

But have you seen the video of him being carried out of his apartment? A doctor in training (they’re going to medical school….) said that the body bounces way too much for a man of Heath Ledger’s size. He was over 6 feet tall and weighs around 180 and he was BOUNCING. Also, the body in the bag seemed way to skinny and small - it couldn’t have been Heath. The number 22 is mentioned many times in the movie The Dark Knight, and he died January 22. (That’s not a big thing, I know .. but still…) The Oscar nomination announcments have been moved to January 22, 2009. He was always quiet and hated publicity, and who knows, he could be wanting some quiet time? AND FAKING DEATH IS NOT A FELONY. (:

Also, why are there no pictures? No body was ever seen, his death certificate says Heath Ledger, and his full name is Heath Andrew Ledger — (though this was found, later on, that the typed version says Heath Andrew Ledger ad the written version says Heath Ledger. look it up, and you’ll see what I mean.)

Though this does not prove anything, it just makes everything more interesting. His parents had no show of saddness, mourning…nothing. Pictures of Michelle Williams and other people were taking at his wake, and people were smiling, laughing, and jumping around.

And again, as I quote heathledgerisnotdead.com (which I’ll be doing quite often, probably…) “What body? No one ever saw the body, no one ever took a picture of the body, all of a sudden he’s cremated and scattered to the four winds. The ocean ceremony is even more suspect..no one is crying, everyone is jumping around in the waves happy. I don’t think I saw one friend or family member ever crying at all about Heath’s death…doesn’t that strike you as odd?”

Also, why would Mary-Kate request immunity, if she wasnt even there when she died?

There’s so much more that I don’t feel like typing at the moment, though I probably will type within the hour or so.

And Tabula Resa, if he is dead, (which he probably is…) they know it was not suicide. It was either an accadental overdose - or, they aren’t sure now, it could have been a heart attack. Autopsies show that the drugs found in his system were so low that they probably could have not affected him…though he did go into cardiac arrest at some point.

Which actually brings me to another point. If he was intoxicated with drugs and stuff, his body would have tried to get rid of them. He would have vommited !! And, wouldn’t they completely finish the autopsy before deciding what he died of? I mean, why would they give a short and sweet autopsy report (look it up, there are pictures of the report…) and then like a few weeks later decide that NO, he didn’t die of that! He died of a heart attack.

If you look the picture above you can clearly see the end of the gurney where is legs are is WAY too flat for that to be his legs. What, he had 2-inch calves? I think his legs were a lot bigger than that.

Also, I still think that someone would have produced a picture from the morgue by now, you just don't have a famous celebrity like this pass away and a picture not show up...it's just too bizarre...not to mention the amount of time it took the emergency services people to go into his apartment and then leave (several hours). Just doesn't make any sense.

Number one on the list was Heath Ledger....

I most certainly concur with that...his death shocked me pretty badly considering there really wasn't any press on him having issues.

Oh, and stop asking for my contact information and pictures....I'm not here to make myself into a celebrity, I'm a very private person and don't like a lot of publicity...it's enough for me to get out and interact with society in general on a daily basis, I've become a pretty reclusive individual in the past 2 years.

I guess I've become sort of what Heath wanted to become...people in general pretty much annoy me, society annoys me.

Okay, someone posted this in the comments of my last post....is this real? Apparently it is Heath, but when was it taken? Don't put up posts with "new picture of Heath" if there is not a date/location on it, all this does is cause more speculation. We need facts here, and if this pic is of him, and he's alive then we need to get more people out taking pics of him...and why would he allow this pic to be taken so close-up to him if he's in hiding? I wouldn't want that.

Here's the second one...it says "Heath Ledger Brasil"...which means he was in Brazil when this was taken...

Missed Opportunity

I think Heath missed a golden opportunity (or maybe not) to play deceased musician Andy Gibb in a biopic about him....I think no one could have pulled off (or looked like) Andy Gibb like Heath would have...I think the biopic would have garnered him a best actor nomination for an Oscar....he would have totally nailed it!

His father, mother, and sister accepted on behalf of him...am I disappointed? No...I am not....it doesn't quell for one moment the fact that I do truly believe that Heath is alive and watching this right now applauding.

Way to go dude....just because you did not show does not mean you're not alive. You're alive in our hearts and minds...and that alone keeps our hope alive.

Something that struck me odd...the total lack of emotion by any of their family members...had my child/brother died and won a major award like this, I would have been totally choked up and emotional over it....strange.

T-Minus One Week

We are down to one week until Oscars....it's been six months since I started this blog, and now we are going to find out if my predictions will come true....do I think Heath is going to show up? Yes, I do..I think that he will show up and accept his Oscar, they just can't have all these coincidences stacking up over the past year since his death, the lack of outcry, how quickly it faded from the news...there is just too much there to not notice.

Don't let us down Heath.....we know it was not you on the gurney, we know you were not in the apartment. We know you faked your death to get out of the public eye for awhile....now is the time to make your return, now is the time to reappear. Thanks to a poster for pointing this out...

The top half of the body looks okay, but look at the lower part of the body bag....I'm sorry, but unless Heath Ledger's legs were made of dowel rods, there is NO way the straps would have sat that low on the gurney....did someone saw his legs off?

Even more proof this guy isn't dead....had he been in that body bag the straps around his legs would have sat much, much higher.

Congrats again to Heath....on the one-year anniversary of his (supposed) passing, he is nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of the Joker in the Dark Knight. Unfortunately Chris Nolan was snubbed for director and the movie was snubbed for Best Picture, but I think it is a guaranteed lock that Heath will take away the golden statue.

I think a surprise appearance is in order as well...don't you think???

Apparently the roster of Oscar presenters is not being revealed to the public so as to not give away any "surprise" presenters....

Does it keep getting odder or what? First, the nominations are announced one year to the day of Heath Ledger's death...then the ceremony is a month after his death...then, they don't give out who is going to be a presenter to "surprise" people??

Oh COME ON. Are we that stupid???

Something to think about...if Heath faked his death and reappears at Oscars...they should re-release Dark Knight in the theaters...the publicity alone would vault it past Titanic as the biggest grossing movie of all time.

A lot of you are probably wondering what the heck happened to me the last few months, and I'll fill you all in on it now since I've got some time.....

Back in 2007 I got divorced and it was a pretty cut-and dry divorce, I went my way, the ex went hers. Well, what I didn't count on was the fact that my ex had defrauded the IRS on our tax return for 2006, and when all was said and done we ended up owing the IRS over $13,000 in back taxes due to her lying ass. I tried to fight it through nonlegal means for the past year, and this past November exhausted my nonlegal route and was facing collection and garnishment of wages, etc. by the IRS if I couldn't pay up..so I ended up shelling out half of what her sorry lying ass owed and set up a payment plan with the IRS.

Fortunately I have found a good attorney and am reopening the divorce on grounds of fraud to get the debt to be her responsibility, but this is going to take time and money, so I'm busting my ass robbing Peter to pay Paul, while still having the IRS ride my ass for the rest of the money. Now something really odd is going on with that statement....publicity stunt? Why would Warner Brothers do it as a publicity stunt.....or why wouldn't they? I don't think Heath would have let Warner Bros. in on faking his death, that would have left too many people in the know about it, and too much of a chance that someone could spill the beans to everyone....

Now...here is something that REALLY is a strange twist of events...

I logged into my YouTube account for Heath Ledger Is Not Dead (haven't done so in awhile), and I had one message waiting for me.

The message made me nearly drop the keyboard.

I hadn't expected anything at all like this...hadn't expected anything other than "You're full of shit", "You are so wrong".....I wasn't expecting this message....

I won't publish the account that sent the message because they have no videos, nothing....just a generic YouTube account, and I don't want this person to get slammed with messages inquiring what is going on or why they sent the message or anything.

Three words....that's all the message is.....and it's three words I have been waiting for.

No Theater For Heath

Australia has dropped plans to name a theatre after actor Heath Ledger after deciding he never fulfilled his potential.

After his death, West Australian premier Alan Carpenter stood next to Ledger's father Kim and announced a new venue in his hometown of Perth would be named the Heath Ledger Theatre. Mr Ledger said he was honoured and intensely proud.

But the government has now scrapped the plans for the new $91m (pounds 36m) performing arts complex after the star, just four months after they were announced.

The new premier Colin Barnett said the decision had been reversed and Ledger would be commemorated in another part of the complex.

Ledger died from an accidental prescription drugs overdose in New York in January. He was 28.

Mr Barnett said: "He was a young actor who had some great successes, and I have no doubt was headed for an outstanding career.

"But he lost his life at a very young age, so we never saw the true achievement that Heath Ledger may have made."

I call bullshit.

The real reason they aren't going to build the theater:

You can't dedicate a theater in memory of someone who isn't dead yet. I bet someone from Heath's camp told the theater not to do it and to make up some lame-ass excuse...

Heath was Oscar-nominated, acted in two Oscar-nominated movies (Monster's Ball and Brokeback Mountain), and has redefined the Joker.

I Would Have Changed The Ending

I watched the Dark Knight again the other night, and as usual it was just as good as the other two times I had seen it, but there was something bugging me about The Joker and his portrayal in the movie....

The ending just seemed out of place. 95% of the entire movie is awesome, but there was something about the boat scene that just didn't sit well with me....and I will explain why and what the ending should have been like.

To me, The Joker is a sadistic killer...someone who just doesn't care, doesn't give a damn...someone who places zero value on human life, and a value on the amount of mayhem and destruction he can cause, especially at the expense of others causing it for him. He delights in having control of a situation even if he is not the one causing it. He's basically Satan in the flesh. I think that if Satan was in human form, he would be the Joker.

How should the scene have been changed? Well, I thought about it for awhile..actually I've been thinking about it since my second viewing....so here is how it should have gone...let me know what you think:

Right at the point when Batman and The Joker have finished fighting and he is hanging upside down, Batman leaves to deal with Two-Face.....the passengers on both boats are overjoyed with the fact that neither of the boats were detonated. Batman gets to the abandoned warehouse where Two Face is waiting with Commissioner Gordon and his wife and kid. The cops rush the room where The Joker is hanging outside upside down....as they rush the room, the Joker, hanging upside down is laughing maniacally....one of the cops says "What the hell is so funny you freak?"...to which the Joker replies..."Apparently the Batman forgot one thing about me.....always have a backup..."

On both boats, a prerecorded message over the loudspeaker: "Sometimes.......you have to take matters into your own hands. You people have really, really let me down."

As Batman is confronting Two-Face two tremendous explosions on the horizon appear in the direction of the river....cut to The Joker illuminated by the light of the burning boats, laughing uncontrollably.

The rest of the movie plays out as it does in the theatrical version.

Why do this? Simply because to me The Joker should be a bigger villain than he is in the movie, he is Batman's arch nemesis, and I think that all that additional destruction and death would have only fueled the public's hatred for Batman and also made the rivalry between the two more intense. It just seemed too cheesy to leave The Joker the way he was without sending him out on an ultra-destructive note to Arkham Asylum.

Raising The Dead

A lot of good questions and theories from my last post....I'll try to address them.

Witness protection as the reason he faked his death....I really doubt that, but anything is possible....there aren't any rumors out there floating around about him being involved in some kind of underworld involvement or anything, because if he was it would have been leaked out to the public by now.

As for faking his death and not being able to leave the U.S., if it's easy enough for an illegal to come across the border and get into the U.S., why can't Heath cross the border in secret, then fly to Australia or New Zealand? He could have purchased a new identity, he certainly has the money to do so, or if Christopher Nolan was in on it he certainly has the money to do so and have Heath removed from the country and hidden away somewhere.

As for faking his death and his return being "suicide"..how would that be suicide? Can you imagine if Heath returned, what it would do for ticket sales of The Dark Knight? People who hadn't seen the movie yet would flock to theaters to see how this mastermind who fooled the public could have played such a pivotal role. The movie would be the greatest grossing movie of all time, probably never to be surpassed by any motion picture we would ever see in our lifetime. Maybe to Hollywood he would draw their ire, but to someone like a Chris Nolan I would only see dollar signs.

As for the life insurance and fraud, how do we know he really had a life insurance policy that was cashed in on? He could have had a fake insurance policy under the name of a trust fund that was disbursed at his order to his daughter and have it made to look like it was a life insurance policy payout...all part of the deception scheme. Why make it look like you don't care about your child and have nothing if you die when instead you can make it look like you provided for her in death?

As for why Heath faked his death, I think that a lot of it had to do with backlash from Brokeback Mountain, and he wanted to see just what the public would do with him if he was simply gone, and now that he's seen what they have done with him with his role as the Joker, he will reappear. Brokeback Mountain is a distant memory, Heath will forever be associated with the Joker, and that is exactly what he wanted to do...erase the memory of being a gay cowboy and replace it with the memory of being a anarchistic maniac. Think about it...Will Smith played a homosexual in Six Degrees of Separation...does anyone really remember that role? No, most of us remember him as Fresh Prince of Bel Air or Agent J.

Think about it.

We've heard nothing from Mary Kate...nothing from the masseuse....nothing from anyone.

Why hasn't anyone requested an interview with anyone involved with his death??? Why is this so hush hush?

When is this charade going to stop and someone finally admit that Heath did not die, that he's hiding out somewhere?

I sat down to watch The Dark Knight for the first time since seeing it in the theaters in July...I watched it in the privacy of my own home (don't ask!)....

I think now more than ever that Heath's character is pure literary and cinematic genius....his pure maniacal mannerisms, general disregard for all human life...the fact that he didn't want any kind of monetary gain, just to create mayhem and rule with anarchy and no compassion....I don't think any movie villain will ever come close to or even try to surpass Ledger's portrayal of the Joker.

His interrogation room scene with Batman was absolutely hands down the most mind-revealing scene of the movie as to the Joker (and maybe Heath's) psyche....totally blew me away.

Heath, you MUST come out of hiding and play the Joker again...

I've given some thought to the whole jail thing..you think that if Heath reappeared he'd be jailed for faking his death? With all the publicity and hype surrounding his reappearance who would want to?

What are the statute of limitations on a crime like this? If it was 5-6 years he could hang out in another country like his home country of Australia and then come back, or he could just film his Joker parts in another country...why not film the next Batman in another country?

It's a very interesting article that tells you pretty much what to do and not to do when you are going to fake your death. Is it possible that Heath read this article or was researching faking his death and got inspiration from it?

Anything is possible, but I think that Heath should have done some research on body to curb bounce ratio too.

As for the comment about them being rough, um well sometimes that happens because a. we want to get the body in the van as quickly as possible and b. some of those gurneys are not exactly the greatest and have to be pushed hard to keep them going straight and actually moving. Just thought I would post that since I kind of have some insight on at least this part. It's an interesting theory, I don't know if he's really dead or not but I would be really happy if he wasn't."

So....his head shouldn't have bounced like it did on the curb....and the body should have been strapped down....so what was in the body bag??

"I have done a lot of research of heath ledgers death and everything I have come to the conclusion that he could have faked his own death. If anyone cares to chat with me and here my point of views email me. The aspects of Heath Ledgers Death don’t add up. Like one the made said that at 12:30 pm Heath was asleep in his bed breathing at 2:00pm when the massage therapist came to the apartment for an unscheduled appointment they said that he was not breathing so she called Mary Kate Olsen 4 times before calling 911 come on why? Did she call Mary Kate Olsen? Then Mary Kate Olsen sent her bodyguard to the apartment instead of calling 911. When Heaths body was removed from the apartment it bounced over the curb on the cart bodies don’t bounce like that when there strapped down. Plus Heath said in an interview weeks before he died that he did not want his daughter to grown up in the lime light and would do anything so she didn’t have to. He also said that he was no longer afraid of dying because he had his daughter to carry on but did not want to die because he wanted to be there for her to watch her grow up. Heath said he wanted to die a legend and dying for the role of the joker made him that legend. It also took them almost three weeks to say it was an accidental over dose and if it was they would have known in a day. Closing In On Oscar Time!!

Four months til Oscars, and I'm still confident that something big is going to happen regarding Heath at the time....it may happen before the awards, and it may even happen during the awards ceremony, but I am here to say that I will be anxiously watching to see if Heath appears.

I am banking on Heath winning Best Supporting Actor, but in my opinion he should get a nod for Best Actor since his appearance on screen was even more than Christian Bale's character, and it was the central focus of the entire film..without Heath it would have been just another good comic book movie, but instead it became an awesome mental struggle between good and evil.

Not Accidental?

"ReliaStar Life Insurance Co., which wrote Heath Ledger's $10-million life insurance policy just six months before his death, is being sued over failure to promptly pay that claim.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit says that ReliaStar is acting in bad faith by launching its own investigation into the actor's death. Apparently, they don't buy the New York City medical examiner's conclusion that Heath’s death was an accidental overdose."

Interesting that after all these months now they refuse to pay out and say it wasn't an accidental overdose...

"ReliaStar's lawyers are going to try to take depositions from Mary-Kate Olsen, as well as that mysterious masseuse who made the calls to her from Ledger's apartment, costars on his last film, "The Dark Knight," his agents, doctors, psychiatrists etc."

So now we may get more on what Mary Katet thinks about this, and what the masseuse knew aobut this.

I wonder, why hasn't the masseuse been more in the news? She's pretty much disappeared from the limelight....was she even there?

I don't find it a weird question at all. I find it highly unusual that there was a mass of activity outside his apartment prior to his death. Mary Kate wasn't around, she was gone, so there really wasn't a reason for a crowd to gather outside of his apartment unless someone was tipped off that something was going to happen ahead of time and people needed to be there.

Why Has The Outcry Died Down???

It's been 8 months since Heath's death...and it's funny that there is no massive outcry about this....no investigation of his death, no investigation as to why he shouldn't have died with the amount of drugs in his system...why there was no viewing of the body, why he was suddenly cremated without any kind of tribute or allowance of his fans to pay their respects. It was suddenly as if Heath was just wiped from existence and the only evidence he was around was his filmwork.

Wouldn't it strike your friends odd if you died, disappeared completely and were given the explanation that you wanted it that way?

Doesn't it strike you odd that there aren't any real Oscar contenders yet except for Dark Knight? That certain films are being delayed for released until after the Oscar period?

Wake up people, something is amiss and it demands attention.

What About The Doctors?

I have been wondering something...with that amount of drugs in his system, where are the doctors who gave him this lethal concoction? Didn't they have enough sense to tell Heath "Hey, if you take all these, bad shit's gonna happen."? It boggles my mind that someone as well-to do as Heath wouldn't have had a good doctor working with him that would have told him if he did this crap he would run the risk of a fatality.

I would like to hear from the quacks who gave this medication to Heath, as to why they didn't think to tell him to be careful, or even why they prescribed this to him in the first place..

Who To Replace Heath?

Sorry about the late post, but hey, I'm on vacation for the next two weeks and I will try and post in here as much as I can, but it won't be every night...

So who to replace Heath with to play the Joker? I feel that none other than Jake Gyllenhaal would be perfectly capable of playing the Joker....Jake is about the same age as Heath, the same body frame, even the shape of his face is about the same as Heath under makeup conditions. As for if Jake could act like the Joker the same as Heath, I think that he could...he was a pretty odd guy in Donnie Darko, and I think he could do it again as the Joker.

The simple fact of the matter is this....the Joker was imprisoned at the end of the Dark Knight, you can't just leave him there and say the entire Joker storyline is finished because he played one of the biggest roles in the Batman saga.

What are your thoughts?

Okay, so what if *gasp* Heath is not returning for the next movie? What then? Rumors are around that Heath had a lot more footage of him playing the Joker in The Dark Knight, but can they put it into the third movie to bridge the gap?

You can't just leave the Joker in Arkham Asylum and expect everyone to let that go...so what do you do? Do you recast the Joker? Do you CGI him in like they did for the Crow and Gladiator? Who would play him? Who would have the similar facial features and the ability to play the role that defined this movie? I have someone in mind, and I am going to name him at a later time, and I hope you all agree that he could pull it off better than anyone.

Yes, it's true. Aaron Eckhart says goodbye to Batman. At the press day for his upcoming indie film Towelhead, ComingSoon.net/Superhero Hype! talked to the actor who portrayed Harvey Dent/Two-Face in The Dark Knight. He told us he's definitely not signed on for another film and confirmed his character is dead.

Eckhart laughed about how he tried to ask if there was a chance he was coming back and was good-humored about the deadly fate of Dent.

CS/SHH!: Is Harvey Dent alive?
Aaron Eckhart: No. He is dead as a door nail.

CS/SHH!: So he's not coming back?
Eckhart: He ain't coming back baby!
