No doubt he was murdered and framed for 'overdose' giving the illusion it was his fault.I do think Heath knew he was close to going and the makers of Dr.Parnassus knew too.That movie is nothing but a blatant ritual.

Heaths very last scene in Dr.Parnassus and the last he filmed was his character going thru a simulated mirror saying, "don't believe what you read in the papers". That's another tie-in with Michael Jackson, who always said the same thing in interviews, and sang it in these lyrics:
"Just because you read it in a magazine
Or see it on the TV screen
Don't make it factual"
The official story is that MJ was murdered. But, if he's still alive, then what we read in the papers is not true. There are more indications every day that MJ is coming back. A famous record producer and singer have been saying that in interviews and on Twitter. There is also major effort going on now to reveal the death hoax of the King of Pop's father-in-law, the King of Rock, Elvis.
I think the only possibilities of what happened to Heath are: accident (no); suicide (no); murder (we don't know a specific motive); or hoax and escape. When you put this puzzle together, the answer I get is hoax and escape, same as MJ, same as Elvis. Unless we can find a convincing motive for murder, that is.
Randy Quaid's speech was very convincing, but short on the details that make it make sense. And, Randy is an actor, after all. It could be he is playing a part for some reason that isn't yet clear.
I've seen a comment that Heath had something planned with a friend to expose some kind of crime or something, but it's all vague and I can't find any concrete facts about it. If that story is true and can be found, then that might be a convincing motive. But I still think it all adds up to Heath escaped, maybe not just to get away from celebrity life like it might seem, but maybe to get away from his life being threatened. I believe that's why MJ disappeared, because he was threatened, and I believe he's going to come back and explain it all. I can't imagine whether Heath might ever come back because I'm not certain why he left. But I think he's alive. -
